Bewertung vom 11.02.2010 Die pilzabtötende Wirkung von Clotrimazol ist nachgewiesen und bekannt. Das Pumpspray von AbZ Pharma bietet den Vorteil, dass auf diese Weise die Flüssigkeit jede noch so versteckte Hautfalte oder alle Stellen zwischen den Zehen erreicht. Ich habe damit sogar meine Schuhe von innen eingesprüht, um auch dort jede Pilzspore zu beseitigen. Ich finde diese Art der Behandlung angenehmer als eine Creme, und den Fußpilz bin ich damit nach 4 Wochen los gewesen.
